Ebrun is very friendly, caring and a good listener, who will go out of her way to make guests happy. The breakfast was great, the hotel provided free drinks in the fridge in the room, which came in handy as I had children with me. No complaints at all and I recommend this hotel to anyone who's going to Istanbul

Because of the pandemic, instead of a buffet for breakfast the hotel set out plates filled with a fresh typical Turkish breakfast, which was very satisfying. It was lovely sitting out on the roof top terrace with great views of the Bosphorus and surrounding Sultanahmet neighborhood. The location is ideal for sightseeing and soaking up the atmosphere of historic Istanbul. Reception staff were very helpful with suggestions and bookings.

It was my first time in Turkey, me and my husband we had a wonderful time hotel was nice and clean and staff was excellent. We will definitely come back and we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family’s . The only sad thing I can mention the music on rooftop was only till midnight, people want to enjoy the view and rooftop atmosphere . We understand this is definitely not hotel fall, but overall everything was perfect 👌 100%

A fantastic location in cool Karakoy. Close to the Bosphorus and lots of water and land transport .The Galata tower is 10 minutes away and 20 minutes walk to major tourist attractions. Across the street is Namli gourmet offering outstanding tapas style foods. The staff were fantastically helpful and Cemil kindly upgraded our room to a sea view as there was availability. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and the bathroom too. Highly recommended.
We were so impressed by the architecture, hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. Kamal and Cihan took especially good care of us and recommended the best tours tourist attractions. The hotel is as beautiful and unique as the photos. The breakfast included was an amazing spread of Turkish cuisine that was one of the best I have had. We highly recommend this hotel. As the wise Kamal says this is your second home 😀
Metropolitan hotel is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. They have nice staff, but the most fascinating thing was the view to Bosphorus and the perfect restaurant on the 7-th floor, with wonderful meals. Room a large, very well designed and clean. I have been to many places in Istanbul, but this ona likes me most.
