Conveniently located on the Golden Horn next to Halic Congress Center, Lazzoni Hotel is a 10-minute drive from Istanbul’s Old Town. Extremely happy with the customer service. Everyone in the staff were extremely helpful, kind and smiling. They offered their help at all times and they solved every issue and went beyond my expectations. The lady in the Hamam (sweet old lady that I forgot her name) was extremely nice and helpful. My whole experience in the hotel was amazing and I recommended it to all my friends and family. I do recommend it to everyone who wants to make their stay in Istanbul more special. Not to forget to mention the gorgeous views they have in the room as well as the rooftop restaurant.

Without doubt “Pera Tulip Hotel” is one of the favorite hotels we hve ever stayed during our time in Istanbul! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by ONUR who was wery kind and sweet and upgraded our room to the Executive room. Onur also sent us a bottle of wine and fruits to the room; a really kind gesture. The staff was extremely friendly, from whom i mention Ali and Erhan. They helped us find our way in Istanbul and gave us names of restaurants and places to visit. The restaurant very flexible, you can order diner even in very late hours, and the waiters deserve a special thanks. We had five amazing nights here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is a 4 star hotel but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us and it deserves an amazing rate. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! And again a big thank you for Onur, Ali and Erhan for their kindness and all the help they gave us! Would easily recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to visit Istanbul!
I travel often to Istanbul as it is one of my favorite cities and its easy reachable from my country. Recently, I stay in area near to Sirkeci station coz of its location next to Galata bridge and Marmaray metro, so I was in many hotels around it. I have to say that this one was one of the best. Staff is very kind, breakfast is great and room was big enough and comfortable. During check-out they even had gifts for us which which was very sweet. Will return.
The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and a Small Bazaar. 10 Minutes walk from the Basilica Cistern and 30 Minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar. The staffs are very helpful. The area is full of life and a busy street. A lot of nearby restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir shops. The taxis, Bus and Metro are accessible. Overall it’s an affordable Hotel with basic amenities specially NO bed bugs. We will surely stay in the Hotel again.
A fantastic location in cool Karakoy. Close to the Bosphorus and lots of water and land transport .The Galata tower is 10 minutes away and 20 minutes walk to major tourist attractions. Across the street is Namli gourmet offering outstanding tapas style foods. The staff were fantastically helpful and Cemil kindly upgraded our room to a sea view as there was availability. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and the bathroom too. Highly recommended.
We were so impressed by the architecture, hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. Kamal and Cihan took especially good care of us and recommended the best tours tourist attractions. The hotel is as beautiful and unique as the photos. The breakfast included was an amazing spread of Turkish cuisine that was one of the best I have had. We highly recommend this hotel. As the wise Kamal says this is your second home 😀
The hotel is quite centrally located. Sultanahmet square is walkable and cabs are easily available. Kurban was very polite and helpful, and he was very forthcoming with his suggestions on what to do in Istanbul. Shout out to Selman for being a thorough gentleman and going out of his way to make sure I made it to the airport when the early morning shuttle didn't show up. Would definitely recommend!
Metropolitan hotel is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul. They have nice staff, but the most fascinating thing was the view to Bosphorus and the perfect restaurant on the 7-th floor, with wonderful meals. Room a large, very well designed and clean. I have been to many places in Istanbul, but this ona likes me most.
